- Delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptions in the shipping industry, port congestions, or unforeseen events like blockades in the Suez Canal.
- We cannot be held responsible or liable for delays resulting from external factors that affect the transportation and delivery of our products.
- The estimated delivery times provided are for indication purposes only. While we strive to offer accurate estimates, they are not guarantees.
- Factors like customs processing, logistics challenges, or other external issues may impact the actual delivery date.
- some of our sofas are shipped in multiple cartons. While we always strive to deliver all cartons in one trip, occasionally this may not be feasible due to space constraints on our delivery vehicles or other logistical reasons.
- If multiple deliveries are necessary to complete the delivery of all cartons for your sofa, please rest assured that this is a normal part of our process. We aim to ensure that all components of your order reach you promptly and in excellent condition.
- If you have any concerns about multiple deliveries, we encourage you to contact our customer service team. Please note that rejecting delivery solely on the basis of multiple trips may result in a restocking fee being applied.
- We appreciate your understanding and patience in situations where delays occur due to circumstances beyond our immediate control.
- Our commitment is to keep you informed about any significant delays and work diligently to resolve issues and expedite the delivery process.
Please Note:
Our complimentary delivery service covers one attempt. Missing a scheduled delivery may incur an additional cost of £100 per item for rearrangement. To ensure a seamless process, please have someone on-site to inspect the sofa upon delivery, preserving your refund options.
We also offer assembly service as a complimentary add on, and therefore reserve the right to refuse this service at any time without any notice. If you require our team to return for assembly then you can do so at cost of £100 per visit.
Please ensure that you have sufficient time to allow our team to assemble the item for you. If our team overlooks this detail, please remind them about assembly. Please be advised that once you refuse assembly, we are unable to rearrange this service for you.

For deliveries to apartment buildings, please be aware that if the sofa cannot fit inside an elevator, our policy dictates manual delivery up to the second floor. This aligns with our health and safety policy, prioritising the well-being of our staff and adhering to the prohibition of carrying heavy furniture on more than one floor.
